ESTEPE cabin modification centre with own paint shop

ESTEPE designs and produces trucks in special versions for the European truck market.

We are number 1 in Europe when it comes to additional axles, cabin modifications and optimising chassis layouts.

Customers include truck manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Volvo, Renault, DAF and Iveco, as well as major European bodybuilders such as Kässbohrer Transport Technik, Rosenbauer and the Erwin Hymer Group.

The market for ESTEPE concerns niches with substantial market potential that cannot be approached cost-effectively by truck manufacturers. There is a growing need in these market segments for specific cab and chassis variants that are not available ex-factory. The More Truck Business Model of ESTEPE is a perfect match for this and forms the basis for further growth and expansion of our services.

An important part of the truck modifications of ESTEPE is the painting of axles, chassis and cabins. Over the past decades we have subcontracted this to the company Truck Service Maasland to our complete satisfaction. This company is established on the same industrial area as ESTEPE and is therefore very efficient accessible.

ESTEPE has made the strategic choice to insource the painting activities and will take over the premises and the employees of Truck Service Maasland as of 1 January 2022. From that moment on, the highly skilled and dedicated employees of Truck Service Maasland will become part of the ESTEPE Team, which consists of 100 employees who modify about 2000 vehicles on an annual basis.

In the new ESTEPE production location at Middelste Groes 15 in Heesch, other truck modification activities will be accommodated in addition to the painting activities.

With this step, we ensure the capacity and quality of service to our customers.

It is ESTEPE’s ambition to create Europe’s most modern cabin modification centre, where work is carried out according to the highest quality, environmental and working conditions standards.
